Yes and it specified win NT, which more often than not is a good
indication it will work with OS/2 also. One has to do some sleuthing to
get the address that the PCI modem is found at and which IRQ it uses.
Of course since Tim is using ECS, he has the BIOS setting the card's
address and IRQ. (Right, Tim?) During boot up, Tim should see the
modems ID and IRQ. Tim, type at a command prompt, RMVIEW /DA >rm.txt as
this is a long list and it's better to view it with an editor. Look for
the card's ID and write down the first address it shows, something like
D800. Then in config.sys, find com.sys, pick a com port number and add
the parameters to it. Mine looks like this: DEVICE=C:\OS2\BOOT\COM.SYS
(3,B000,5)
That would be COM port 3, address B000, IRQ 5. REM out the SIO
commands.

I am still using ECS 1.1 and the PCI modem was an Actiontec. The
com.sys that came with it did not work right for me, I could not get
over 600 bps. So I copied the com.sys from my warp 4 fixpak 15 and get
44000 bps. Don't know if this is a problem with the com.sys that comes
with ECS 1.25.
