        Seems that they monitor the U/L on the cable service and not
  the D/L. Maybe they changed over from the Motorola to be able to
  monitor the activity as this one would not show the up traffic.
  Their limit is on U/L not D/L, I guess that they figure that if you
  are U/Ling a lot, you might be commercial.
