I am new to this echo, so I have no doubt missed a lot of traffic.  I am 
looking for a doc file that describes the PGN format.  I would like to 
write a program to be able to at least read PGN files on my Atari, but 
am lacking the specs.  I have Chessbd 2.1 for Windoze, but it doesn't 
know how to handle the FEN (Forsythe) fields properly.  Thanks in advance.
