| subject: | Playing a wav file |
I was thinking that at one place in a program I wrote I would like to have some sort of sound (other than a simple beep or bell which usually indicates an error). My conclusion was that it would probably be easiest (as well as sounding the best) if I could play a simple wav file. The trouble is that I don't know where to even start looking for help on the web. Does anybody have an idea of a word or phrase that might be the seed for a search? BTW, if it makes any difference, I'm working with MSVC in NT. þ CMPQwk 1.42 999 --- Maximus/2 3.01* Origin: COMM Port OS/2 juge.com 204.89.247.1 (281) 980-9671 (1:106/2000) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 106/2000 633/267 |
