        Of course those quotas are racially based.  Compare the quota
for England, as an example, to the quota for Columbia.  Columbia has a
larger population and is closer, but the quota for Englad is three
times larger.  Thos follows suit througout northern Europe compared
even to Central America.
        There is no doubt at all the INS gives preference to northern
Europeans over any other ethnic group.  The numbers speak for
themselves.

       Compare the situations at the borders.  Our frontier with Mexico
here in Texas is buffered by a 100 mile strip of a militarized zone
complete with combat troops conducting sweeps through civilian areas.
We have choke points where highways are funneled together and INS
checkpoints, as much as 200 miles in our interior, stopping and
searching "suspicious" vehicles and passangers.  "Suspicious" in the
language of the INS, BTW, is freely exchangable with the word
"Hispanic".  We have fences with barbed wire strung by our cities, INS
patrol vehicles, helicopters, and armed border guards sweeping through
backyards and the ally's of El Paso, Laredo, and Brownsville.  Large
searchlights sweep up and down the river banks.
       Xenophobia is a disease just like cancer or paranoia.

         I do appreciate the agreement.  Looking at what is happening
from the outside, not being caught up in the sheer insanity of all of
this, it is certianly an interesting process those who support these
policies have caught themselves up in.
