Turns out there is a plug-in for my text editor (Notepad++). That may be my 
salvation. But, thanks for the advice.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Fire Plug Meat Loaf
 Categories: Potatoes, Beans, Vegetables
      Yield: 8 servings

      2 lb Lean ground meat
      2 lg Onions
      4 cl Garlic
      1 lg Bell pepper
      3    Ribs celery
     14 oz Can corn niblets
     14 oz Can lima beans
     14 oz Can snap beans
     19 oz Can carrots
      4 md Irish potatoes
     28 oz Can stewed tomatoes
           Black pepper & salt

  Season ground meat with black pepper and salt. Mix and
  shape into loaf. Place in center of large baking pan.
  Chop bell pepper, onions, celery and garlic. Drain can of
  vegetables, quarter potatoes. Mix together, season to
  taste. Pour on each side of meat loaf. Add 2 cups water.

  Place in 350°F/175°C oven for 1 1/2 hours.

  Stir vegetables as needed.
