Never worked here.  I ended up deleting 6.0/U because of it ... mTEL had the 
same problem as well as a few other programs until they were
"updated" ... I 
even tried making it think it was running under other vers of windows.  It 
wouldn't work.  Worked fine under 98, ME, but NOT XP. :(
