Hi Stewart,
as you have already been told your program is automatically covered
by copyright however as far as I know the name andd or trademarks are not
unless you register them (and check that they are not already in use so
you don't get sued).
The place to go in Melbourne is the Australian Industrial Property
Organisation located on the 15 floor 150 Lonsdale St Melb.
