Ouch!  Big brain cramp!  Sorry, Jim for the last post regarding socket 754
vs socket 939.  It was the old 423's vs the newer 754's that is the
bugaboo.  You did good w/ the 754 even though there are distinct advantages
to the 939 (more future-proof for one as well as on-die controller) there
are no 939pin Semprons yet afaik.  It is still worthwhile to check ram
config.
