(3) refers to OFM and OFa, not c.  c is the difference in fitness 
between individuals carrying out an action and those not carrying out 
the action.  This can be measured regardless of the existence of a 
mathematical rule about the evolution of the action.

I'm sorry, but I find it extremely insulting to be accused of a lack of 
integrity, and of passing on "biased nonsense".  Josh has recently asked 
for people not to make personal statements, and I for one support that 
plea.  If you have a problem with something I write, then I would rather 
you made your point in a civilised manner.
