That would be "1024x768", not 767. :-)

My response was a reply to your having said you might use TV
output. I realize that you have actual computer monitors and
can do 'better' than TV out.

Yes, DOS and Windows have that capability as well as other OS
usually do if text mode is of any importance to the OS users.
