  Check that the Windows VDM really is running in 386 Enhanced Mode.  The
  usual default (for non-migrated applications) is Standard Mode.
  For ease of use, set up a program object on your desktop for "Snappy"
  (whatever that is) if you don't already have one, and in its Win-OS/2
  settings dialogue, configure WIN_RUN_MODE to 386 Enhanced.
