Are you talking about an InterBBS lord game? There's a few of them out there. I
run one here in Agoranet/League 46, while Lord Time/Robert Starr runs one in
League 10, and Scinet/League 77 has one going. I'm sure there are a few more
out there as well.

As far as the "best", all of them are what the users/players make of it,
really. Check 'em all out, and pick which one you like the most. Some games
have been running for a long time without a reset, some have regular resets,
etc. It's all in what you're looking for.
