Of course! You run SQpack on .SQD or *.SQD, not marea.dat!
That's your problem.
Try it this way. Suppose your mail files are kept in D:\max\fidonet.
You'd run Sqpack like this: Sqpack D:\max\fidonet\*.sqd or perhaps
Sqpack D:\max\fidonet\muffin.sqd or whatever for each area.
Since this is about Squish, maybe it's best to continue this discussion
