I've seen considerable input in this echo and it seems that constructive 
input acually does exist here.
  My thoughts are that we have not even begun to adequately address the 
nature of the complex environmental problems which exist, and that to throw 
money toward a problem which is not defined falls within the realm of the 
polititians who are funded by well funded "not for profit" organizations. The 
amount of baseline research done since 1908 is , well lacking.
