It's listed in my 1981 ARRL handbook as follows:
Z=53.5 ohm, velocity factor=66%, C=28.5 pF/ft,
OD=.216 in, Dielectric=Polyethylene, Max V=1,900 (RMS).
Variations are RG-55A/U:  Z=50.0, C=30.8.
               RG-55B/U:  same as RG-55/U.
