 Hi David,
DP> VFP 5 is glorious. (With the blatant exception of the Report

 DP> gotten yours!
From this, I assume you've gotten VFP 5? Since I ordered mine _before_
the official Canadian release date, I'm sure it'll be 3 - 4 weeks
before I get it. When I ordered the Access 2 Developer's tool kit
just after it's release, I waited about a month. Judging from your
 comments, maybe it's a good thing I bypassed 3.0.....
As for Paradox which sorta came with my mis-priced Corel Office ,
I removed it from my hard drive for now. I've been cleaning a lot of
things off it. Big difference between a "typical" install (85 megs)
and a "full" install (190 megs?) - what's with the extra 105 megs????
Say, MS has a piece of software called Knowledge Base for VB and one for
Access. Does one exist for VFP?. If it does, I'll make the long distance
phone call the MS BBS (on a Sunday when the rates are cheapest )
and hunt for it. Either that or get a friend of mine to get it off
 of's MS Net Site.
I'll scream when it comes in .
 Take Care
