It seems Jordan may have gained the sponsorship of Trust, Jos Verstappen's
backer, despite the Dutchman not racing for the team. A few weeks ago it
appeared that Verstappen's signing was imminent -- during testing Trust's
logos were on the car, although Verstappen never actually got behind the
wheel.

The deal fell through and the logos disappeared from the Jordan. Trust and
Eddie Jordan blamed Verstappen's management for the breakdown in
negotiations and Jordan signed Giorgio Pantano instead.
