On Monday, June 30, 2008, the President signed into law:

H.R. 6327, the "Federal Aviation Administration Extension Act of 2008,"
which extends through September 30, 2008, authorities to collects taxes
that fund the Airport and Airway Trust Fund; to make expenditures from the
Airport and Airway Trust Fund; and to make grants to airports under the
Airport Improvement Program;

S. 1692, which grants a Federal charter to the Korean War Veterans
Association, Inc.;

S. 2146, which authorizes the EPA to accept diesel emission reduction
supplemental environmental projects (SEPs) as part of a settlement of an
environmental enforcement action; and

S. 3180, which extends programs authorized under the Higher Education Act
of 1865 through July 31, 2008.
