That fact is certainly not static. It would depend entirely on world events
and if same indicated that, the world would be on board and would help with
those follow-on operations. *I* don't mean nuclear, but our capabilities
are certainly well within the realm of taking out various despots in a NY
minute, but not large enough for multiple follow-on operations.  Let's hope
our current initiatives are sufficient to fold more, as with Libya, due to
their wise reevaluations of their future prospects.
