I SEEK YOU ... ICQ ... shorthand for a personal contact program... you tell 
it who your "buddies" are and when you are online, connected to the internet, 
it'll tell you if they are connected and allow you to send mail, files, and 
chat directly with them in real time...
that's about as much like a bikini as i can get the description... (like a 
bikini - short and to the point) -=B-)
FWIW: i've been using it on my win95 box for so long that my ID is less then 
200000... yep, i'm in the 194xxx range and there are over a million users 
connected to ICQ now OB-)
