No one knows for sure until it actually starts, but if the data over the last 
11-years means anything, then Solar Cycle 22 is at an end and Cycle 23 is 
just about to begin.
There won't be any significant change in DX conditions for the next year or 
so, but DX will steadily pick up from here on out rising to a peak in about 
5-6 years.  "Show Time" definitely won't be obvious for another 2-3 years.
