Hi,
As a follow up to the previous email, the DVD/CD that's problematic is of
the DUAL LAYER variety.
I did burn a new boot disc on that drive using the data read from an
older cd drive. I used Nero.
Didn't make any difference
Also I noticed that on another DVD/cd dual drive, but one that's not dual
layer, the ECS boot disk functioned normally. So maybe it's the Dual Layer
that's the problem.
But if that's the case, how is it that XP is not a problem..
