    Nope. It's just called Microsoft M. You can configure it to emulate
WordStar or Emacs or another of the popular ones, or you can use it as is.
Knowing Microsoft's purchasing power, it could perfectly well be Medit
licensed under another name if Medit is also a large configurable text
editor.

    Q or QED or Qedit is fine for little files. Really big files need a
different kind of editor. Horses for courses.
