1-There is no natural airflow in/out of a PC case, while in nearly every
desktop case, airflow is required to maintain reliably low temps inside
the case.

2-What's the point of a fanless PS if you have to add fans elsewhere?

3-PS fans have been the traditionally most reliable way to transfer
heated air from the case.
