on the fidonet side we don't need the fido address info in the name field we
have it already in the (FTS-9)  "\x01REPLY:"  control line

I see no reason to needlessly duplicate the info, especially since it
doesn't all fit in the name field anyway.

ISTM  pre-processor could be written to filter Bills inbound and strip (or
blank) the offending characters, it;s not like there's a dearth of
programmers in this conference!
