Ah, nope....  that's one of the _advantages_ of vaporizers: done right, there 
is no "smoke" (from burning, anyway)....  just the oils are vaporized, not 
the leaf fibers...  no harshness whatsoever.
The worst thing for you in regular 'smoke' is the carbon monoxide (CO)....  a 
Hookah will remove that, FWIW (why d'ya think Bongs are banned?).
