Whoops, forgot to mention another option just in case it's not obvious in the 
web page. FTPMail will fetch archives via email. Best way to find out how it 
works is to send an email message:
To:      ftpmail@tfabbs.org
Subject: help
Basically it all involves sending FTP commands via email message. Change 
directories, file lists, then fetch the files themselves. It's not 'easy' 
because it involves FTP commands but if someone has a cheap email connection 
such as Juno rather than more expensive web access it does work well.
