Of course. Elementary physics. And besides that, what's the use of 
"cooling" a PSU with hoth air coming from the inside? Looks pretty much 
absurd to me.

My 3 PC I spoke about earlier about only have just one fan: a thermo 
controlled Silentmaxx fan, most of the time running at half speed. And 
in each of them are 2 scsi diks 72 Giga and 1 scsi disk 18 giga.
