My A7V880 died after about a year with bad capacitors. Replaced with an Abit
K7W which notes PROMINENTLY on the front of the box that it uses only real
Japanese capacitors. Apparently capacitor problems are widespread -- the Asus
in turn replaced a Soyo Dragon that was DOA with bad capacitors.

Both my A7V880 and K7W have a BIOS entry to enable/disable legacy FDD support.
I don't remember now about the Asus, but the Abit can enable 1 or 2 FDDs.
