email, why are you stuck on that term when it encompasses all forms of
messaging that can be done on and sent from a computer?

What Jennings created involved sysops messaging back and forth, not users
like yourself, files involved the nodelist and fidonews.

Echomail came later period.

You dont even know the difference between netmail and echomail.
