JR> Has anybody in here ever seen a walkman type cassette deck
 JR> with Dolby S?
AFAIK, there's no such animal. The top-of-the-line Sony 'pro' Walkman, the
 WM-D6C, has Dolby C.
JR> I want one to take to the office with me so I can listen to my tapes.
JR> So far all I have found is ones with dolby B on them.
I use a WM-F425 at the office. It has only Dolby B, but C and S encoded
tapes sound OK decoded with B.
JR> Most of the decks I saw on these pages I'm not even sure I would
JR> trust with one of my tapes!
The 425 hasn't munched a tape so far..
... Just a Wally hangin' out on Pataya beach.
