I don't remember saying that back then.

Funny story. Last time I was in NYC, it was in August 2001, just before
this all went down. I'd taken my granddaughter up there for her 10th
birthday. We were in Chinatown, and she and "grammy" were
poking around, in a gift shop, and I was standing just outside, scoping
things out. This couple walked by, and I took notice of them. The girl
was talking, quite involved in what she was talking about, and like a lot
of New Yorkers, pretty much oblivious to what was going on around her.
The guy, on the other hand, was scoping things out, just like I was. It
was apparent to me that she was Jewish (no big surprise there, in NYC) and
I got the impression that he was Israeli, perhaps even military or
something. Our eyes met for a second, and we each knew that the other was
on exactly the same wavelength when it came to taking care of business.

RJT> I remember that. Like lots of other ideas, it's subject to abuse,

RJT> It'd be no surprise to me at all to find that both business travelers

Any excuse... That power outage seems to be a justification for a lot of
things, the high gas prices for example.
