That means that you are Saturating the RF -> TW> spectrum with NOISE. That Degrades even the best Reciever -> TW> and is called "Interference". Interference that is totaly -> TW> UNJUSTIFIED. -> I believe what you are saying, I just don't know how they are -> doing it _this_ time. It's on a trial basis in Australia -> somewhere which means we should hear about it's success or -> failure at some future date?
