I doubt it makes too much difference where it came from but it is always

Yes but then there is the question of shipping etc. so it might actually
turn out to be a better deal at the local vendor, especially if the local
vendor can be trusted.  Sometimes this is a tough call.  Most, if not all,
the stuff that attracts my attention on eBay is stuff that is virtually
impossible to find around this neck of the woods.

I did have some pc-100 stuff but after checking it out most of it ended up
being farmed out to where it would be more useful and the rest got ye ol'
heave-ho.  I'll be happy to check around for more if you want but currently
have no way to check them out at the moment.  Maybe soon but if that
happens then I'll probably be in the market myself.  ;-)

I think your situation is worthwhile pursuing as far as what could
potentially happen with it.
