No, not excommunicated, but their feed cut. Which means access for ALL users of
that BBS is denied. And if the sysop's feed won't deny access, then
theoretically that feed site could be cut, etc, until the problem is
solved. This rarely happens, of course; excommunication is pretty much
unheard of. I can't think of anyone in Australia (or Victoria at least)
being excommunicated in my 5.5 years in Fidonet.
