Hello Mick! Tuesday July 23 1996 13:45, Mick Howe wrote to Geoff Clifton: > A moderator has the right/obligation to block access to an echo for any > person who regularly breaks the rules. And if the sysop's feed won't deny access, then theoretically that feed site could be cut, etc, until the problem is solved. This rarely happens, of course; excommunication is pretty much unheard of. I can't think of anyone in Australia (or Victoria at least) being excommunicated in my 5.5 years in Fidonet.
