VERSION 4 - JULY 7 2021
-----------------------

Another very minor release, with improvements when D'Bridge is running on
"real DOS" such as MS-DOS, PC-DOS, Tandy 1000 or any other computer running
a DOS operating system.

- Various code cleanup behind the scenes, obsessive-compulsive stuff.

- D'Bridge initializes the modem first before acting on the Carrier Detect
signal on startup. If you don't want this, make a dummy/semaphore file
  called DBRIDGE.NSI.

- The terminal no longer sends ATS0=0 to the modem on startup.

- SHARE is no longer necessary on real-DOS *unless* you are running a BBS
that specifically uses the QuickBBS/GoldBase storage method.

- The internal editor no longer always starts in 43/50-line console mode
  on real-DOS.

- Should fix any weird font problems on real-DOS.

- Fixes for Config-Schedule, Config-Basic, Config-Directory Paths and
  Config-Nodelists.

- Fix for the nodelist always compiling even if it had not changed since
the last compile *and* when the setting in Config-Nodelist was set to
  "Startup"; a long time bug.

- Fix for the nodelist compiler not showing the countdown-timer prior to
  compiling.

- Updates to the F1-Help system and the user manual.
