Patrick, I have a question on how do i go about sending back my old Supra

(non-flash upgradeable) back to supra.
In the past, the new modem would arrive and there would be an envelope that I
could send the old modem back in.  I never had to pay for return postage.
I have the new and old modems sitting here waiting to find out how to send
back the old one.
Also, Is there a plan to upgrade older modems to the new Supra 33.6.  I have
an old 14.4 LC that I would like to trade in for a Supra 33.6.  Is this
available?
