You must install the Adaptec drivers and create a second run of MSCDEX 
(something that you do not have to do with Warp).  Also, to preclude 
problems, make sure that both adaptor cards are not set to use the same 
memory space, address port or hardware Interrupt.  The Adaptec card should be 
the more flexible of the two cards.
