Given that the newer technologies are going to force the bottom out of
any dialup netquirking account, it's not surprising in the least.  You
know that saying about Giants and how hard they fall, right?  I wouldn't
subscribe to anything with a contract longer than 1 month if I were
you.  As it is, Dialup accounts are as low in our area as $6.95/month,
and as a hobbiest, I charge less than half of that.  The advent of
services like cablenet and DSL allow one to give away access, which is
something I'm almost tempted to do, but it also opens up the internet
market in a way that could encourage teamwork and comradarie.
