Thanks Dave.  While we do better at integration of immigrants than most, we
don't do it nearly as well today as we did during the great waves of
immigration in prior centuries.  In fact since the multiculturialism virus
took hold here and the rest of the world most policy makers have been
convinced to teach that the old "melting pot" theory of USA
culture is a bad thing when in fact it is a very important part of our
strength.
