A) What do you want it for? As a penetrator or as a pyrotechnic?

B) In theory all Uranium etc is controlled wrt it being sent to "rogue
nuclear states" of which Israel is one & this is a place where
even DU should not be sent (unless being used against said country
obviously).

That would mean that Israel would have to make it's own DU & that might
not be as efficient a process in Israel as in the main nuclear states.
