JP>> I'm not in a position to answer that question.

AM>> That's not an end user's kind of answer.

RB>> BUT IT IS a USR Customer Support kind of answer

 JP>

RB>> Are you going for a Support job for USR Australia and trying out your

RB>> "Canned answer" list on us first, John

JP> Sorry Russell and Arthur. It seems that my answer was misleading. Just to

 JP> set

JP> the record straight, I do not work for USR Australia (formerly known as

 JP> Modem

JP> Connection). I have never worked for either company.

JP> When I said "I'm not in a position to answer that
question", what I meant

 JP> was:

 JP> "I don't bloody know", not "I know, but ain't
telling you".

BUT, you COULD get a job with USR Support in Australia IF the money is right.

You know as much, if not more, about the Courier that most American USR

Support people that I have spoken to by phone.

AND you certainly could use both statements in your last line (above)

in the course of a normal day at work for USR Courier Support in Australia.

Russell
