Hello, Julie
can ;you put something on the nfb listserv you are on.
Her it is
I am interested in the excellent work done byt heArizona State Affiliate
of NFB. there Braille Law is one that we all can be proud of as it went
beyond the needs of the elementary and secondary student populationsand
addressed those of the post-secondary
and graduate populations. I could wish that Louisiana had such a broad
law. Ours was one of the first passed but it needs some ammending.
If anyone can send me a copy of the Arizona Braille Law and put me in contact
with the state President, Bruce Gardener, I think, I
I would appreciate it.
thank you for your assistance.
P.S. I am attending graduate school in Information Science and Library
Science
and could have used some good electronic versions of various books.
Iunderstand Arizona
has a library school at Tucson. Too bad they have no blind students there
ho
might be using the same books and who might share.
Julie, could you also run this.
I am interested in an easy tutorial for NFBtrans. I enjoy the Braille
program but cannot reset the linelength. Many of my printed lines stop inmid
line and
resume on the next line wasting paper. I don't understand the command
sequence. I
appreciate the good quality Braille I ge without my having to go in and edit
everything.
