One more consideration.

I got an MSI AMD 64 MB from Fry's about a year ago.  I already had the 
ECS AMD 64 MB.  I could not get the MSI to POST.  I took it to the 
service desk.  They said my video card and memory were too low 
quality.  They had to replace both before it would work.  The memory 
was what they sold me with the MB.  Both the memory and video card 
worked in the ECS MB.

The memory I might have excepted, but a video card?  I returned it.
