I've watched some with the fine print find themselves in a very
competitive market when the time comes to 'up the price' and
they've had to hold at the original price or lose customers (en
masse).

I've heard about problems. Maybe they've come up with a new
'twist'?

No more so than you and I have to I would think. If my
equipment is functioning why would I 'upgrade'?

I suppose that's true but with minimal employees there should
be a great deal of room for $profit$. :-)
