I'm talking fahrenheit vs celsius.

I was reading about a PSU that was always manufactured with the sensor
in contact with a heat sink.  The fan ran full speed full time.

This whole issue is more complicated than meets the eye.  The number of
brands is a problem to me.  Especially given that there seems to be no
clear way to choose.  A dollar store PSU can declare all kinds of specs
and not be reliable.  At the same time paying a lot of money doesn't
necessarily guarantee reliability either even if you have money to burn.
