Thats a good point, I can't see to many ISP's increasing their
bandwidth just to keep a heap of 56k modem owners happy. You may have
a 56k connect but only dragging 1.5->2.0 k sec would make the
whole exercise seem like a waste of time, guess all those 56k modem
owners will sit up all night waiting for a time when no one else is
using the bandwidth just to see the k's come rolling in to justify
their purchase. :-)
