The margins I am trying to produce (according to the old 4.2 version) are   
10   54
              58  103
  With a top margin of 2 lines, 84 lines per page, and 60 lines of type per 
page.
  That allows me to print my text in double column on a 6x9 inch page, which 
is the objective. But I have to use the line spacing command  for 
the printer to get 60 lines of type into 9 inches space.
