I ordered one from ACE Communications in Indianapolis, but I don't have 
their number handy. They had to put it on back order since RELM has not 
shipped them yet, so I don't know when I will see it. The woman that I 
spoke with on the phone told me that her husband works for RELM, and 
that she had seen one of the scanners that he brought home to test. She 
said it looked nice and seemed to work okay, since her husband had no 
complaints. Of course, she isn't going to tell me anything bad, either. 
As soon as it shows up at my door and I've had a chance to play with it, 
I will post a full report.
